    Supergirl accidently gives some of her powers to a crime boss.

    The Supergirl story in this issue is a bit more coherent than in other recent issues, though it still relies too much on silver age comic logic and and the romance comic angle. At the very least there is a villain that is the kind of throwaway silver age villain that one might expect in such a comic (and the name - Super Scavenger is kind of funny). The backup story with Zatanna is the best thus far in the series, and the first that doesn't get its inspiration muddled. This is the best issue...
