To Laugh
In my mind Supergirl is one of the biggest surprises to come out of the reboot. Of course the character is quite popular and is a staple at DC but the series thus far has been doing well. It is important to remember that the entire series to this point has taken place over what is maybe 60 minutes in real time (though there are flashbacks.) When considering this it highlights just how good things are going in this series, despite its short time it has held my attention well over these issues. Here the plot deviates a little from Kara and Clark discussing what has happened and instead leads to a pretty decent battle sequence in outer space. The ending poses some peril to the heroine, but it keeps the momentum going strong, now probably into probably the second hour in real time of the whole series.
