Over the course of the entire series thus far, I think that this issue stands out as one of the best. There is not a whole lot of action in this story, but that actually is what makes it that much better, as for the first time in the series the writer takes a step back and looks at the characters. The story here is a familiar one to readers of the Superman related titles as it mostly just incorporates in the usual story of the explosion of Krypton.
