It could be heat vision without being pyrokinesis tough. Telekinesis isn't just the manipulation of matter but also energy. If he can focus and concentrate his TK with his eyes and for example vibrate his TK energy at great speeds, he could generate something resembling heat vision.

Yeah. I mean I know that he isn't pure pyrokinetic, but he has ability to speed up molecules in front of him and simulate heat vision, so shouldn't he be also able at least simulate pyrokinesis? I'm not physicist and my english is still crappy, so i'm sorry if this will be messy, but isn't heat actually just the movement of the molecules? And like I already said he can make molecules move faster = his heat vision. If he could make molecules move fast enough he should be able to create/simulate also fire, and not just heat.
