This thread may not mean much to most of you, but I'm pretty sure Superman Prime is from South Eastern New Hampshire just like me. I just got a copy of his first appearance in DC Comics Presents #87 and on page 11 of his origin story it tells us that he's raised in "a small town on the New England seacoast." That of course narrows down where he could possibly be from, but you get further evidence on page 13 when he and his friends are driving towards a sign pointing to "Hampton Beach". The only Hampton Beach I know in New England can be found on the slim New Hampshire seacoast about half an hour from where I live. So I submit that Superman Prime grew up in a quiet New Hampshire town probably in the vicinity of Hampton and Portsmouth.
Like I said before, this probably doesn't mean much to most of you. But as a life-long New Hampshire comic fan I can tell you that not many major comic characters come from this area. I've grown up watching New York get a majority, California getting its nod, cities like Detroit and Chicago getting chances, and Boston being the closest the world of Superheroes comes to my home state. It's nice (and also a bit unsettling) to see that a powerful and popular character like Superman Prime has roots here. Anyway, that's it from me. Go about your business.
