    Story 1: The Jaws of Fear

    An experienced thief named Benn Pares breaks into the Legion headquarters and warns the Legion that he will steal the Miracle Machine within 48 hours. The Legion take precautions to prevent it but realize that the best defense is a good offense. They learn that Benn Pares lives in the body of a space beast and the Legion fly within its mouth, triggering Ultra Boy to snap because of a previous experience where he was swallowed by a beast. Superboy, not knowing that the Miracle Machine was activated, triggers it to save the Legion and to apprehend Benn Pares as well, saving the day.

    Story 2: Trapped To Live... Free To Die!

    Timber Wolf is shanghaied by a criminal named Blackmace but is able to defeat him.
