A FOREVER EVIL tie-in! A villain from the early days of The New 52 has taken over Belle Reve, and he’s formed the Reverse Suicide Squad! But who—or what—is the Reverse Suicide Squad? Harley Quinn is about to learn the hard way that Power Girl is one of its members…

The Suicide Squad and The Reverse Suicide Squad fight over the body of an uncontrolled OMAC, but quickly figure out that they are being used. The Reverse Suicide Squad learn that they are being manipulated by The Thinker to do his evil work and agree to help Deadshot and Captain Boomerang to rescue Amanda Waller. Boomerang then points out that Harley Quinn and the OMAC are gone.

Meanwhile, Harley has gotten topside and activated the OMAC burying her former teammates and The Reverse Squad below a mountain. She then flies off to Belle Reve to reunite with The Thinker.

Back at Belle Reve, Amanda Waller and James Gordon Jr. head to the sub-basement 7, where Waller keeps the rejects from past Task Forces. She enters vault Y while James Gordan stays behind. James convinces Killer Shark to take a moment before killing Waller and Waller reveals that the contents of the vault is Kano.
