Better than before
Suicide Squad has been one of the worst books in the New 52 and now with Ales Kot's arrival things are looking better than before and this looks like it can have an interesting premise. The characters finally have some interesting dynamic that you can love(not like before) but they still seem like they can't stand each other which is great.
The addition of James Gordon Jr. was something I wasn't really fond of because I was never a fan of him as a villain. It is an interesting take to give one of the best cops a son maniac but it was never played out well for me.But here Ales Kot seems to know what to do with him and the take is something worth watching.
The artwork of Patrich Zircher is always amazing and to see him do such interesting battles as the Deadshot vs. the Unknown Soldier one was great. He brings something dark, amazing and brutal with his style.
The worst thing is that even now the most annoying character is Harley Quinn.I never expected that to happen and since the start of the New 52 I have been amazed how stupid and annoying her character is.I don't like how she is all in love with Deadshot because I can't and don't want to see them together.
This became a worthy book but it still has to develop into something great like Green Arrow did.And I will be waiting for that moment because the last page was enough evidence for me that I should continue getting htis.
