    Peter Milligan comes on as writer this month and he brings with him some baddies he's familiar with as he pits Stormwatch against the Red Lantern, Skallox! Series regular artist Miguel Sepulveda also returns and his time off seems to have stepped up his A-game for this new direction for the title.Stormwatch as a title seems to always attract good writers.     So, Miguel Sepulveda seemed to have been the master of covers that have seemingly boring designs, but have such INCREDIBLE balance that they manage to impress me. He's lost his touch though. These past few have been pretty standard cover fare, and this one is probably the worst of the bunch. Everyone feels like they were just plopped down onto the paper with an overly hectic background.     Stormwarch #9A Red Lantern comes to Earth and Stormwatch picks up an odd character in Italy. Is it too much for the team?The Good:I’ll be honest with you, I hadn’t picked up a Stormwatch book one time until two days ago where I went out on a whim and picked up the whole series up to issue #9, and I’m glad I did.
