    All hell breaks loose!

    (No Spoilers)

Stormwatch continues to deliver solid story telling with this issue.  I’m surprised Winter was so reserved with King after last issue but I’m sure it’s the solider in Winter trying his best to respect authority, even if he doesn’t agree with it (although that too may not last long as we see later in this issue).  We get more of a look into The High’s world and the artifacts that populate his secret base.  It’s not just reminiscent of Superman, but more specifically All-Star Superman in my opinion.  At least that’s the vibe I got from it.  If sales would’ve supported it, this sub-plot that’s been running through this title with The High for a while now could have been its own mini-series.  It has certainly kept my interest.  The ordeal with continues to be interesting and the decision Link and Hellstrike make along with Winter would have been enough to shake up things as a great set-up for next issue.  But Edginton doesn’t stop there.  We get some new players thrown into the mix and they literally make all hell break loose for Stormwatch by the end of this issue.  And it’s definitely one of those “Oh ****” moments.  I know I say this every month, but I can’t believe I have to wait two months to see this resolved!
