How is it that Miguel Sepulveda is so great at covers I should hate. He always does these covers with designs that should be cheesy or 'standard action' or whatever type of cover I usually hate or just get bored of. But there's always some little touch to them that make them great and compelling covers. The only question you should be asking yourselves 0

This issue is a sort of transitional issue from one story arc to another, and it is effective enough, but it goes through some weird highs and lows to get there.  To start with the first half of the book is a long drawn out conversation about who the next leader should be.  It discusses the merits of each individual character without going into too much detail so as to give away future developments for the characters.  While this is happening, Apollo and Midnighter are trying to find a way out, ...

(No Spoilers)Wow! What an amazing issue! I thought Cornell had wrapped up the previous conflict last issue a little too quickly but now I know why he did.
