One of the most popular X-arcs is Fall of Mutants and Storm is detestably the central character. Oddly enough this arc never received a episode in any of the shows or ended up on film. Anyways, Storm fans, do you think we will get another arc where Storm plays a key role to the plot again? We have great writers like Brain Wood backing her up and doing her justice in X-men (arguably the most popular x-title out now) Anything could happen...

Yes-- House of M centred around Scarlet Witch. Storm could have another good event. World's Apart was good, but not wasn't an event.

With the current crop of editors/writers around who're actually fans of the character and want to masthead her from background looking like close to naught, unfortunately not. We can only wait and hope that Bendis and Aaron leave and Wood gets more creative control over the X-Verse--or a new writer comes along who's actually a fan of: Storm, the X-Men and good stories.

Sse, see, Seriously, Yes Jean beats Storm. I haven't the clue as to why but in my experience she seems to be more popular than Storm.

Lastly, YES, Phoenixtopians are worse than Raindrops. I fear as though, Raindrops might have a bad reputation that they do not deserve.

Wanda has had an arc/event or two
Cyclops, Wolverine, & Magneto have arcs/events galore.
Storm only really had one that was in the 80s (Fall of Mutants)

I totally feel like she has had MANY opportunities for writers to make her a key focus. ESPECIALLY during Schism, Fear Itself, House of M, --- And not to complain, but I wanted better from her in Age of Ultron.

@butterflykyss: I personally have always found a user who post ill words about Raindrops and post of how Raindrops are unbelievable for their post about Storm.

I have seen post where users claim Raindrops love Storm "too much." Now I can personally see how there is some truth in these users posts about Raindrops but I personally view Raindrops as fans who want Storm to get more love and attention from the comic book community.

I think it's just a matter of time for an event to feature her, too much potential and story to continue to waste.

She is hunting for the members of the Brotherhood (Grandson of Charles Xavier, Mystique/Wolverine's son and I think a few others as well) from the future that are also in the present day of earth 616.

Yes. I am hoping for a story in the future where Storm needs to save her daughter from the clutches of the Future Brotherhood. I see a lot of story potential with this, and it was the only thing worth commenting on Storm during the whole crap-tastic BotA event.

Probably not. She and Wolverine were the center of the team during the '80s (officially as of the Mutant Massacre - this is actually explicitly referenced in the text when they acknowledged that they were the last members of the new X-Men left), so a lot of stories revolved around them as the more experienced members, especially with her as the leader. Haven't seen anything that indicates that she is going to be in a similar position, since she's been in a secondary role for a while now to the point that there are some new readers that don't even remember when she lead her own team.
