It's being written by Aaron with McGuinness on art. I like McGuinness, but I hate Aaron's X-work. Not sure I want to bother with this title.

@yung_ancient_one: I Agree. when I saw the tItle I thought spIder man and the x-men are havIng there own serIes together. but come to fInd out they just stole half a tItle from spIder man just lIke the avengers took the word Uncanny from the tItle uncanny x-men.

Uncanny Avengers is pretty much an X-Men/Avengers team-up, so it makes sense to use the word 'Uncanny'. It's not like they could call it "Mighty X-Men" after all.

But yeah. 'Amazing' is more of a Spider-Man word, so it does seem a little out of place on an X-men title.

@danhimself: I agree largely. Heck they even have half the team already (Wolverine, Northstar, Iceman) so really I don't see the point in this book. Additionally, did we really need another Wolverine/Storm book? (They're already in two together) It's in many ways just pointless amalgamation of the cast of WatX and Astonishing to just drive sales.

The "amazing" came from firestar and Iceman. Both were the main characters with Spider man of the show "Spider man and his Amazing friends".

Great the worst X-Man in another book . Might have actually picked tried this book out but I'm sure that horrid Wolverine/Storm pairing is going to be an element in this book. Storm shouldve just stayed in Africa and left the rest of the Marvel Universe alone.

Ive honestly never trolled a day in my life but for some reason this topic got to me. Ive never liked Storm but I suppose all the crazy Storm fans on the Comicvine forums and the direction her character took after AvX have slowly lead to me hating the character.

She was a character Ive always tried to avoid but lately she just seems to be popping up everywhere and I absolutely hate the mohawk look and her terrible relationship with Wolverine. That issue of Wolverine and the X-Men where the got together was SERIOUSLY one of the worst comics ive ever read.

Here's to hoping everyone gets to dress like pirates.
