Shame she's kind of useless. She can activate electrical switches, but needs to charge to do that, so Electro or Nova is quicker. She can put out fires by gliding across them, or you could use Ice Man to just put them out at a distance. She can kind of hover/glide, but flyer's are a dime of dozen and as such infinitely more useful.

Really, the only reason to use Storm is if you're forced to do so. In Free Play, you'll never use her for anything practical.
