I was thinking that if Storm will finally have her own ongoing solo, how many copies would you purchase?

    No Caption Provided

For the first issue, it will really depend as to how many alternate covers will Storm #1 multiplied by 2 plus 1. So if there's like 5 alternate covers then I'll be buying 11 because I will only be opening the 6th one since it's a third copy. And prolly the first time for me to use my card to order online so I could really get it. : )

for the 2nd issue and up, 2 copies definitely and 2 per alternate covers of there will be alternate covers.

And I'm pretty sure I'm going to buy the graphic novels of it.

And I'll continue to buy it no matter how bad it will be. Hopefully it won't be bad. : )

    How about you?

I would most likely buy the main series issue to issue. If there was any cool variants I might pick up them up depends how much they are lol.

@jhazzroucher: Why would you buy that many copies of the same thing? Including the graphic novels? Even if it was a terrible series?

Seems like a waste of money to me.

Because I'm a Storm fan and I want to collect Storm stuff.

But maybe I'll just buy 1 copy per variant and issue if the ongoing series won't be canon.

Yeah variants are more expensive depending on how rare they are and a store would get a variant if they met the quota with their order. Some variants are for every 10 issues you order you would get a 1 in 10 cover and they're normally like 10 at most stores but sometimes a cover can be a 1 in 100 covers and they're expensive. Last variant I bought was the Scottie Young Thanos Rises cover and i think it cost me 15 bucks.

    Hope that helps!

I would pick up all the issues of that series. Could be interesting to see Storm away from the X-men and on her own.

@jhazzroucher: I understand that you are a fan of the character, but no matter how bad it is?

I'd try it out if it was a good series, though.

The only mini series that I don't have from Storm in a form of a graphic novel is Storm's first mini series that was released on 1996. I will buy only one copy though since it's a graphic novel. I did buy 2 copies of graphic novels for x-men worlds apart..

I would buy one for me and one for a friend. Depending on variants, I could buy a second one for myself.
I am getting my friend into reading Storm's Worlds Apart book.

I'm also buying 2 of the regular issues and any of the variant covers (so far I know there are 3 - Young, Bianchi, and an unreleased "blank" cover).
