This includes all form of media she has appeared in. For me, its her ultimate universe counterpart.
Storm
Character » Storm appears in 10181 issues.
Born to an American photo journalist and Kenyan princess, Ororo Munroe is one of the most recognizabe superheroines in the Marvel Universe. Using her unique ability to see and manipulate natural energy patterns of the universe to summon any type of weather phenomenon she desires in the blink of an eye, she is called Storm.
Favorite interpretation of Storm!!
Definitely 616 for me as well. Media adaption is Evolution, and alternate reality is probably X-men Forever or Ultimate.
This is the ultimate Storm. No other Storm can even begin to compete. This is not opinion it is FACT.
Here are my top 3:
616 Storm (favorite period was X-treme X-Men)
Perfect Storm (a moraless, sadistic, and insatiably ambitious evil version that I just loved)
Bloodstorm (mohawk, vamp powers and amped up weather-manipulation, and x-slaves...loved it)
Ultimate Storm gets an honorable mention. She had some cool power display and I liked her emotional volatility. She went from being so timid and fearful to being pretty kick-a$$.

It would of helped if the story wasn't so all over the place.

I haven't read Blood Storm yet... lol I read the issues where she had to fend off Dracula in UXM though.
@Son Of Storm:
I honestly didn't read any of the other stories, lol. Storm's story arcs were by far the best things that came out of that run. Kinda crazy it went on throughout the entire run, but it's a really enjoyable read if you skip certain things. lol

What??? You HAVE TO get the Mutant X series. Pretty good stories for the most part, especially the issues with Bloodstorm and Gambit, and when Ororo is under the thrall of the Goblin Queen. Bloodstorm was pretty deep. Her origin story was good. And her vamp abilities, like her mist form, wolf form, and vermin control was surprisingly interesting, and she skill kicked peoples asses with weather.
@Son Of Storm: Very true but I can live with that with what we got of Perfect Storm :-P. Powerful and using her intelligence to gain political power and clout. And as a bonus she made Wolverine a smoldering skeleton and made Havok look like a REALLY burnt zombie from The Walking Dead, . You know you love that evil ish :-D!
@THUNDERBOLT30:Well I guess I've just found some new stories to run through. Thanks, I really did enjoy those Dracula issues when she became a mild Vampire. They were good reads. Can't wait to read more on Bloodstorm!
Why argue over 616 or ultimate?
I liked her in X-men Legends 2 where she was had both costumes AND Dawnn Lewis on vocals! Which is GREAT!! She was perfect-- everything I liked about all the versions of Storm in one!
ALTHOUGH--- Having said that-- I could NOT stand her voice actress in X-men Legends 1

Yes she was evil but she still wasn't my kind of evil. For the most part I just wanted her to mass murder just for the hell of it. She killed people who got in her way. While it's evil it's the logical evil. Not the fun evil. :)
I'm still in love with Weapon X Exiles Storm, even though her character was WASTED............soooooo much potential just gone
16 year old mutant witch who owned half of Africa, and was doing what she needed to do to survive............HOW do you NOT do something big with that?!
Don't forget about the alternate universe Storm from Exalted that kissed Cyclops. She was wild. <3 her
I liked that crazy ...chick from X Men Forever and I liked 616 Storm especially when Emma had to suck on her being royalty and Emma wasn't.

I just hated that huge scar on her face in X-men forever. Was that really necessary??? LOL

Mohawk-Exalted.
yay! Speaking of which-- Did exalted Storm ever come back to Xtreme X-men?? Or is it just Dazzler, Wolverine, Emma, and Nightcrawler?
@poisonfleur: --the first issue, but then the concept was forgotten. But idc, Sage is back, that's all that matters.

She may be on the way if W&tx goes through with that epic kiss cover.
Okay-- I really, REALLY LOVED how Storm was depicted in Xenogensis. She was edgy, sexy, modern/up-to-date, sharp as a knife, and even had well written moments. I hope the new Marvel Now change brings Storm depicted this way from now on. Imo, it was the best I have seen in a while.
(For some reason a lot of people didn't like this depiction.. :( )

Oh no! Really? I think it helps balance the look out a bit in a bit of a thrifty/retro kind of way.
Having said this, I wouldn't want this to be her standard costume. I think it shows her evolution, sex appeal, and edgy look.
