Sure did. I can't wait to see where it goes. I'm glad they gave her a much needed series. Any superheroine who isn't Storm, Black Canary, Hawkgirl or Vixen is just plain boring to me imo.

@wtk1013: Some female superheroes just don't matter to me. I'm neutral on Wonder Woman though, I try to get into her in the comics and it just doesn't work for me. I like her in animation though.

@johnny_blaze: Really? I'd considered Diana to be one those tomboy tipe heroes that must adolescents and young adults are practically fond of. Then again I don't know because I don't read DC comics.

I very much enjoyed the book :-). Great characterization, cool and creative use of her powers, and a solid structure to the story. It's kind of a nice break from these long drawn out plots and having the 1st issue as a done-in-one story. I'm looking forward to issue #2.

@thunderbolt30: I agree. I also enjoyed the part where she eliminated all the guards who were discimating against mutants that step foot on their isles.

I loved it. The characterization, the feats as well as the introduction of Creep/Marisol were all great and made for an interesting first issue. I'm really looking forward to the next.

Not as big a "wow" factor as her 1st issue but still good.

I have been reading Black Widow and Captain Marvel, but this book quickly became my favorite of the 3 books. All 3 books have been good but Storm 1 was the most entertaining.

Agreed. I would love for Anna and Ororo to meet up in her book. I don't think Storm knows that she died and came back.

I want them to meet. I actually want 616 Jean to return through Storm's onoging.
