    Stephanie Brown is the Cluemaster's daughter. She becomes the Spoiler to "spoil" her father's criminal plots, and dated Tim Drake while he was Robin. Steph temporarily becomes Robin when Tim is forced to quit by his father. Later, she briefly resumes being Spoiler before Cassandra Cain decides to pass her the mantle of Batgirl. In the New 52 and Rebirth, she's back to being The Spoiler.

    @comicnerdy:  Because they're just plain bad for each other.  Besides, with Tim's personality and the things that defined his life he should avoid relationships with other heroes at all costs.

    @Craig Lovecraft:    Red Robin is engaged?!  Holy crap, when and how did that happen?  Guess he and Steph finally broke up?  If she is single again she should probably hook up with a normal guy, I can't think of any young heroes who'd make a good boyfriend for her at the moment.  That cop guy might help her keep informed of whats going on in the city though, like an informant.

    They're fake engaged. Vickie Vale was trying to find out Tim's secret, so Tam told her they were engaged. I think she told Tim it was the first thing that popped into her head. And I don't exactly know what's going on with the cop guy. I thought at one point he was interested in Babs, but for all I know, that could have been a different cop.
