Staz was born into a high-class family of vampires. Early in his childhood, his brother Braz started to experiment on him to make his demonic powers evolve. This soon showed to be a mistake, since Staz young body couldn't handle being a vessel of so much power. After Braz shot Staz in the heart with an enchanted bullet to lower down his powers and save his life, Staz ran away from home and made a new home in the Lower Demon World, where he became a territory boss, due to his powers being superior to the other demons. He found a friend in Wolf(also a demon of noble blood).

Staz used the most of his life to collect human-made things(mostly from Japan) but never traveled to the Human World himself, since he also was pretty busy being a territory boss. But one day, a human girl, named Fuyumi, comes to the Demon World by accident, and Staz falls in love(or at least lust) at first sight. But she is soon eaten by a carnivorous plants, and transformed into a ghost. Realizing that all attraction he had toward Fuyumi is gone with her flesh and blood, he made it his life's goal to resurrect her (so he could suck her blood).

Staz and Fuyumi learns that she came to the Demon World by the use of a magical portal called "The Black Curtain" that happens to be in her room. After using it for a quick visit to the Human World, they were confronted by it's owner; the dimension-traveling witch Bell Hydra. She wants to find the thief, and believes that Staz might be the one, but after testing him, she realize that this is not the case, and tells them about the "Book Of Human Resurrection," and that it is in Wolf's possession.

Staz ask Wolf for the book, but even though Wolf is Staz friend, just giving the book away is not a option for a territory boss, so he challenge Staz to a boxing match, with the book as the prize. But if Wolf win, he gets Fuyumi.

Wolf has the obvious advantage with his werewolf strength, but Staz succeed getting the upper hand by draining Wolf for magic. But the fight almost ends badly, when Wolf starts insulting Staz, witch enrage Staz to the point that he attempts to use his magic to crush Wolf's heart. Staz is luckily stopped by Fuyumi, and the match ends without a winner. But Staz gets the book anyway, since Wolf never had it. Bell just wanted to test Staz, and gives it to him.

But the book is written in code, so the only way to get the secret of resurrection is through the author of the book; Staz's brother Braz. Staz has no choice but to travel to Acropolis, home to the elite demons, and he must do it alone, since he is of noble blood. He ends up being caught by his little sister Liz, who are also the warden of the Demon World. She hates his brother because he ran away(and also due to jealousy, since Braz care more for Staz) and imprisons him in the Demon World prison.

Staz can only leave the prison if he can beat the two prisons guards, Zombie Brothers. Staz challenge them to battle several times, but gets beaten to a pulp. But he regenerate quickly after each fight, challenge them again, and the now board zombies threaten to actually kill him. But when Braz learns that Staz is prison, he comes to offer him a deal: if Staz will take care of a run-amok demon called Akim Papradon, he will resurrect Fuyumi. Braz then removes the enchanted bullet from Staz's heart, and beating the Zombie Brothers is now easy, and he annihilates them.

Staz is now free to go, and leaves Acropolis to fight Akim with his now very powerful magic. He fights Akim, seemingly destroys him(Akim manege to escape by he use of spatial magic), and even have enough energy to fight and defeat Wolf, who he takes it easy on, much to his old friend's irritation.

Staz has fulfilled his part of the bargain, and after taking a sample from Fuyumi, Braz promise to restore her to life. Braz returns to Acropolis, and leaves Liz with Staz.

Staz decides that if Liz has to stay, since she has been forbidden to go home, she might as well have as much fun as possible. He shows Liz around in the his district, let her use his manga and anime collection, and even buys her a stuffed animal.

The next day, Fuyumi is nowhere to be found. A note is left, but it is more likely that she has been kidnapped. Staz begs Liz to go home to Acropolis, since Braz has implanted a tracker on her, and Liz can therefor find Fuyumi by use of it.

Staz hears that a unknown blond boy has been seen recently, so he starts looking for him.

Staz finds the blond boy, but the boy's name is Knell, and is the brother of Bell Hydra. Bell, knowing that her brother is just running a errand for their mother by kidnapping Fuyumi, decides to aid him(it also helps that she is angered by Staz caring more for Fuyumi than her) and challenge Staz to a duel.

The fight doesn't go very well for Staz, since Bell's portals makes it impossible to land a single hit on her, but when she got cocky, Staz manege to grab a hold on her with his magic. She manege to get free, but loses her pants and carrying bag. going through the bag, he realize that Bell doesn't want him to read her notebook(she has written that she loves Staz in it), and Staz threatens to read it, unless she gives up, and take him to Fuyumi.

Bell takes Staz to her family's palace, where he once again meets Fuyumi. To find out what is going on, Staz must pretend to be Bell's new boyfriend, but this doesn't works since Bell's mother Neyn is pen-pal with Braz. It is revealed that Neyn is two women combined, with one of them being Fuyumi's mother.

Staz is soon confronted by Bell's father; Heads Hydra. He starts to fight Staz, since Braz has told the Hydra family that Staz want Fuyumi back to life, so he can suck her blood. Staz admit to Heads that this was his first intention, but it's something more. If it' love, he do not know, and will probably only find out, once Fuyumi is back to life.

    Hydra "cursing" Staz.

Hydra then makes Staz a deal: He will let Staz leave the palace with Fuyumi, IF he eats a "cursed dumpling". By eating it, Staz must now do everything Fuyumi ask of him, and he cannot force her into doing anything against her will. And if Staz wish to drink her blood, he must ask permission first, and accept if Fuyumi's answer is "no." If he breaks this vow, Staz will die (the curse is fake, but Staz buys it). Staz eats it, and falls asleep after eating the dumpling, fully believing that he is now cursed.

When Staz wakes up, he is found by Fuyumi who were teleported to him by Hydra. Staz tells Fuyumi that he has done her a great deal more harm than good, and He will stop being selfish. He promise her that he will never leave her side until she is alive again, and that she is now in charge. They leave the palace together on their quest for Fuyumi's revival. Their next destination is Braz palace.

Now back in the Lower Demon World, they are confronted by a team of assassins called Team Fearless, who are hired by Lady Neyn to kill Staz and bring Fuyumi to her. They almost maneged to kill Staz, but he ends up defeating them after using his materialized magic to tap some of them for blood and magic. He let them live, after they promise to fly him and Fuyumi to Acropolis.

    Powers & Abilities

    Staz's unsealed magic.

Staz is a vampire, and therefor among the elite of demons. His powers are fully evolved, due to experiments performed on him when he was a child. His powers has been sealed for the most of his life by his brother Braz, but even though he was for a long time weaker than an ordinary vampire, he was still more powerful than lower class demons, and became a territory boss without any problems.

Now that his powers has been unsealed, he is many times more powerful than he was before. His power is calculated to the value of 36400 organ(a normal demon's organ is 3000). He able to make his magic take physical form, often a huge hand with claws. Staz can use this hand to attack and grab an enemy, but he can also use it for transportation by trowing himself with the hand. His materialized magic can also suck out blood and magic from whoever it stabs.

Staz smiles as he is shot in the head.
Staz smiles as he is shot in the head.

Staz magic is used for long range combat, witch makes his body vulnerable. He compensates for this by having incredible regeneration, that makes him survive even the strongest attacks, as long as he has magic enough.

Being a vampire, Staz has a set of magical fangs, which he can use to suck out blood or magic from whoever he bites. He can still absorb magic, even if the fang is broken of, as long as it's in the flesh of who he wish to drain. His fangs can also be used to alter humans memories and control their actions, but demons are immune to this.

Staz finishing move is called Heart Constriction: ZIP, where he use his magic to grab around his opponents inner organs(mostly the heart) and crush them. After his magic was unsealed, he now crush the entire body.

When Staz travels to the human world, he carries a spray-bottle with tiny bits of his fang mixed with water. Staz can that way control humans without biting them, but simply spraying them.
