    The reason I'm asking this is because in one Website it said he is Human and on this Website is said he is a mutant ? So wich is it ?

    If we go by Marvel's definition, he's considered a mutate. Mutants are born with the potential to manifest their powers (scientifically known as homo sapiens superior). Mutates gain powers by exposure to mutagenic compounds or energy forms.
