The state Alchemists are the group of elite alchemists under the Furher King Bradley's control.
The State Alchemists have been hated by the public for some time, as they annihalated Ishbal back in the war, for apparently no reason. They are often called the dogs of the military, and as such are treated like dirt around poor people, mainly because half the time they're the reason the people are poor in the first place.
