S.T.R.I.P.E. can only save the new Star Spangled Kid from the ultimate terror if he can get his suit to stop conking out while he's flying 300 feet in the air! And what is Courtney's ultimate terror? Why, detention, of course! Also: the new villain called Paintball explodes all over Blue Valley High!

Courtney Whitmore and her Step-Fighter, Pat, are fighting crime. They are also fighting each other with words. She has taken the Comic Belt and is using it to be a Super Hero! Her real motive is to tick off Pat.When she gets home, she tries to tell her mom, but she’s not listening. She is in trouble from school. When Pat comes in, he plays dumb.
