The Legends of the Dead Earth wiki last edited by Billy Batson on 07/03/13 09:42AM View full history

On a planet in the distant future, the Shade tells a group of children two tales of times past in this over-sized issue. First up is the story behind a long-forgotten cosmic Starman who sacrifices everything to save his people. Then a tale of heroism featuring Ted Knight, the Golden Age Starman.

A Legends of the Dead Earth Annual - "Earth is dead. Those who once might have called it home are long scattered to the endless stars. But in that scattering, on a thousand different worlds, by a thousand different ways... Earth's greatest legends live on."

On another world, The Shade spins a pair of Tales of Times and Starmen Past, Prince Gavin and Ted Knight for eager listening children.
