The reason Mikaal Tomas/Michael Thomas, Prince Gavin and Will Payton each were Starman for a very short time? Someone at DC decided to try the  "All-New! All-Different!" approach. That by itself isn't neccesarily a bad thing. It worked for Barry Allen, Hal Jordan, Katar Hol and Ray Palmer. So, why not for the...Three Amigos? Well, I have a theory. I think part of it might be that - at the very least - Barry and Hal were pretty unique characters; more original, fresher and stronger than even Kata...
