Picard... with Kirk and Sisko a close second and third.
Satyrquaze says:
"Picard... with Kirk and Sisko a close second and third."
I agree, of course Janeway's crew consisted of traitors to the Federation along with Starfleet officers, and one of the traitors to the crew Seska was a cardassian operative, the others Carey was jealous of Torres, and Suter was a psycho (but came through in the end). Aside them you have Seven who betrayed the crew while she was still mainly Borg, and Kes who came back all deranged blaming Janeway for ruining her life, well and the crew of Equinox. I think Janeway did great, though she did break the prime directive, temperal prime directive and a few other federation rules along the way. Actually, I'll give an order, Picard, Kirk, Sisko, Janeway, Archer, and in last place the often forgotten Christopher Pike
If you're going to bother to add Pike, why not April, Riker, Spock, John Harriman, Rachel Garrett... etc...
Hey Warsman, I agree Picard, though not the most exciting personality in Starfleet lol
Captain Braxton ruled...
noone would dare fk with the USS Relativity NCV-474439-G
or Captain(? Admiral?) Daniels and the USS Enterprise NCC-1701-J
how would anyone touch the Enterprise J class for sheer bloody size...
it was larger than a Borg cube and could fit a Sovereign class starship (Enterprise E or below) inside it's 'dock bay' lol
Gotta love the Federation Time-Ships lol
