Starfire doesn't remember anybody—can't and never could apparently—so right now she's having gratuitous random sex with Jason Todd and Roy Harper. See Red Hood & the Outlaws #1. It's kind of a big controversy right now.

If this is her rebooted personality, I don't see how they could be in any kind of non-purely physical relationship. She doesn't care or remember who she slept with and why would Dick want to sleep with someone who didn't care about or remember if she slept with him. It's a lose/lose sid-u-ation.

But people belive she does, but that she feels so bad, so she dont care to have sex with Roy or Jason, because in her mind they are not as good as Dick, since she is a loser, she is belives that she haves to have sex with "losers".

@drfeelgood91: To tell you the truth. I don't think DC will ever decided a commited relationship for Starfire, Dick Grayson, and Barbara Gordon. I mean DC bans the idea of bringing Wally West in the new 52, they said they refuse to add him in and that they will pull him out if he is mentioned or shown in any way. I'm as disappointed as you are. But there's always Kingdom Come :)
