    Mia Colt goes into the future and her mere disappearance completely changes the Star Trek world. James Kirk and Montgomery Scott are cargo shippers and Christopher Pike is still in good health and Captain of the Enterprise A. Kirk finds Mia and is determined to get her back into her own timeline. This requires him going into Klingon territory and runs up against Captain Change and Captain Pike and it is hard to tell between the two.who dislikes Kirk more.

    A New Crew Star Trek is awesome at alternate timelines and possible futures.  This book does not disappoint.  I love how the simple disapearence of a yeoman like Mia Colt can effect the universe.    When Mia is pushed to the future she changes James Kirk's and Christopher Pike's timeline.  This of course changes all around them.  Kirk and Scotty end up on a cargo ship called the Bounty. (Star Trek fans will appreciate the significance of the name.)  Pike's future is much better than the regu...
