The Bad Boy of Gotham City: (Robin) Floyd Wood is an orphan and juvenile delinquent. thinking he might have turned out like Floyd if Bruce hadn't found him, Robin ranges to take custody of Floyd for a time and takes him camping. One night during the trip Floyd enacts his plan to drug Robin and take pictures of him unmasked but not long after the boys wake to a forest fire. after they escape to a boat Floyd hands over the camera, admitting what he did and showing he is on his way to rehabilitation.
