Stacey Williams is an AC Comic's character. Created by she first appears in Venture Venture #1 released in 1986. Many of the details of the character when first introduced in the series were never followed any further. Unfortunately the story line of the team was never followed as A.C Comics stopped its publication.
Origin
Stacey was a cheerleader, an otherwise a young normal teenager girl living a normal life. Than there was the accident and Stacey's normal life would come to a halt, former changing it to a new normal. Stacy was now disabled and unable to ever walk again. However fate would change her life once again, now Stacey would not only walk again but also fly the skies.
Stacey would be recruited by a mysterious and sophisticated computer by the name of Zeus. She was made a clandestine offer by Zeus, join her and be gifted with great abilities. However she would have to be one of his agents and come to his service once she was called upon. She would be given a highly advanced computerized micro-suit that enables her to tap into the wide variety of the light spectrum. It also restored the function of her legs allowing her to walk again. Zeus is the true power behind her suit, it is Zeus who regulates its energy levels adjusting to either Stacey's requests for increase in its power levels for use. Stacy could now communicate with Zeus and she could request its vast records to inform her of various inquiries as the situation arose. Without the suit and its enhances. In fact without the suit Stacey would continue in her former state as disabled and unable to walk. Stacey agreed and has never looked back again.
History
The fiery Stacey later joined as partner of the team calling itself Explorers Ltd, a small group of super powered or technology based characters who united to use their individual abilities to assist in the exploration of the unknown, unexplained happenings on other worlds and dimensions. Explorers, Ltd. consisted other partner's named Kevin Mondell, Fiona Page and Mike Nesmith. These four super-powered explorers of the unknown for-hire.
Explorers, Ltd. balk at their employers’ demands that they act like respectable superheroes, while interpersonal tensions on the team begin to strain. This is no time to have to face a couple of supremely-powerful mystical types, but that’s just what happens.

Stacey employs a highly advanced computerized micro-suit that enables her to tap into the wide variety of the light spectrum's. The technology installed into her suit than enables her to fire pulse rays of heat or blasts light from her hands. She can also the shot to a tight beam able to pierce steel or change it to cause a wider impact. Stacy can use this ability to produce blinding flashes of light capable of affecting natural and mechanical vision. Stacey can also turn the energy into the ability of flight and is able to reach high altitudes at a fast rate. A glowing beam flows after her as she flies.
Stacey is otherwise a normal human without the suit and its enhances. In fact without the suit Stacey would continue in her former state as disabled.
A sophisticated computer by the name of Zeus is the true power behind her suit, it is Zeus who regulates its energy levels adjusting to either Stacey's requests for increase in its allotment for use. Stacy repeatedly uses Zeus's records to inform her of various inquiries as the situation is needed as it possessed vast knowledge. Stacy also possesses a limited and vague understanding of Zeus's technology, Zeus is also shown as being able to hack in to nigh-any computer system it has encountered.
