    With the movie coming out tonight, here's a look at the new line of Star Trek action figures.

      


    What do you think?  Are only the die-hard Star Trek fans going to buy this?  What about the casual fan that watches the movie?  What about kids?  And yes, this is the figure I'm giving away in the Star Trek contest.

    Nah, I'm not really a Star Trek guy.

    Plus I hate the 3 3/4 inch scale. Most of my figures are the Marvel Legends which are about 5 inch, so they tower over them.

    i dont know if anyone is buying the toys but i got me a one of the Star Trek glasses from Burger King and all my friends gave me some mighty dirty looks.  Who doesnt want a sweaty Uhura glass geez lol

    That's why I wonder who is going to buy these?  They're just okay.  The older collectors that care about Star Trek may pass.  Seems some people aren't digging the 3 3/4" scale.  Are parents going to be taking their kids to see the movie?  Will those kids want these figures?
