Jessica Drew was genetically enhanced and given super-powers by the criminal organization HYDRA, for whom she became an assassin as Spider-Woman. She later reformed and became a SHIELD agent and is currently a member of the Avengers and an Agent of SWORD.

2005 Skrullcon?

I was just wondering since Jessica has been a skrull since she had gotten her powers back, wouldn't that make the retcon of 2005 false because those were the skrull's memories during her flashbacks?

Yeah. It showed that when Jessica Drew was being put to sleep on the operating table, the Skrull Queen was right there and made the switch. So from the very moment when Spider-Woman had her powers, it was the Skrull Queen. That means it was the Queen that had those flashbacks of her origins.
