Several Peters are involved in Secret Wars, with the major ones being Renew Your Vows Pete, Ultimate Pete, and 616 Pete. However, it's been established va confirmation by Alonzo Peter will still be Spider-Man after SW. Peter was featured in the Rage of Ultron graphic novel, which is confirmed to be set after Secret Wars. So yeah, Peter is'nt going anywhere and won't be dying or fully retiring. Versions of him could (and probably will) still die in the event though.

The only other thing we know is that "elements" of Renew Your Vows will form a big part of the post-Secret Wars Spidey landscape, but that could mean a variety of different things.
