doubtful...if Marvel were to get the rights to Spider-man back then they'd most definitely reboot and distance themselves from Sony's films...plus I imagine that it would be a case very similar to Spectacular Spider-man where Marvel got the animation rights back but Sony still owns the designs and the stories from the previous episodes so Marvel would have to pay Sony royalties and that's why Spectacular was cancelled
