    @Ultra_Girl_: He's Doctor Octopus's mind in Spider-man's body. So he doesn't hold back as much when he fights (He actually tore Scorpion's jaw off with one punch), he has tech built into his costume (Claws that inject nanites, and such,like that), and preps a bit better than Peter does.

    @Ultra_Girl_: Awful writing provided by D. Slott, by courtesy of Marvel Comics. They swapped minds, Peter's dead, but not exactly dead, cause now he's a blueish thing stalking his own body, while Otto's looking at MJ's t... personality.

    @Ultra_Girl_: It was in Doctor Octopus's dying body. He died in that body, but somehow he's still able to exert influence over Spider-Ock. He kinda sorta managed to link their minds during a last ditch attempt to put his mind back where it belonged.

    @Ultra_Girl_: The Superior Spider-man is Doctor Octopus in Peter Parker's body. When Spider-man put the helmet on to stop Otto's octo-bots destroying the city back in ASM 600 he accidently uploaded his brain patterns into Ock's machines. He then put the helmet back on during Spider-island to use the octo-bots to cure everyone of the Spider-virus. Then he used his own brain-waves to override Ock in Ends Of The Earth. With all the information gathered Otto was able to create a small robot to transfer his mind from his own body (Otto was dying of a load of tumors in his brain and wasn't going to live much longer) into Spider-mans which he accomplished. Peter Parker was left in Doc Ocks body and when he tried to reclaim his body Doc Ock killed him but not before Peter managed to infiltrate his mind and leave him with his memories. So while still a bad guy Otto knows everything Peter did but because of Peters memories he's determined to be Spider-man. He wants to beat Peter at his own game hence why the title is Superior Spider-man because Ock is trying to be Superior to Peter.

    Strider92 Doc Ok is not really the superior spider-man right now, Doc Ok is a murderer and evil also he killed Peter but Peter took of his fliping mask which complete Doc's plan.
