In Spiderverse I mean. Personally, I want to see Ben Reilly again. That guy was cool ._. Also, I want to see Carnage Spider :D
Spider-Man
Character » Spider-Man appears in 17246 issues.
Peter Parker was bitten by a radioactive spider as a teenager, granting him spider-like powers. After the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter learned that "with great power, comes great responsibility." Swearing to always protect the innocent from harm, Peter Parker became Spider-Man.
Which Spider are you looking foward to see the most?
@fallschirmjager: There. I put the most. Is that better...?

negative. i want to see them all alot:)
Kaine, Noir Ultimate Spider-Woman and Dr.Aikman. I'm actually interested in almost all of them. Of course the only one I want too avoid is Spider-Ock Ugh.
If this is how they bring back Ben, I will be disappointed. I am convinced that he is still alive.
Not that seeing him in 616 again wouldn't be interesting but didn't he turn into a pile of dust?
Seeing how SpOck seems to be leading the charge in this story, my already modest interest has diminished. Call me petty, I don't care.
But in fairness, Spider-Gwen is neat. And they pulled in Old Pete as well, bonus points for that. Though I'm not inclined to believe he's going to have a significant role in this.

See that's the thing! Ben was a "perfect" clone. Crumbling into dust is supposed to apply only to the imperfect clones. Remember the skeleton clone? Also a perfect clone.
@g_man shares this belief as well and is probably the person I have seen push the theory the most.
@erik: as much as i want to see 616 Ben it won't happen, i have come to realize that he will never come back, thinking that he is alive because of the perfect cloning thing it perfectly valid and logical, but the guys at marvel prefer to look the other way.

Honestly I was born in 1992 so no. Most of my Spider-Man knowledge came from other sources such as the Fox series.
@master_of_suprise: Oh I see. Well after the whole Clone Saga, investigators found a skeleton in the factory that Peter and Ben originally fought. The skeleton turned out to be a clone that was put in the wreckage specifically to make Peter question whether or not he was a clone but it was a perfect clone.
Long story short, unstable clones crumble to dust at death. Perfect clones die just like any normal person.
I'm not interested in Spider-Gwen in the slightest. The pedestal her stale and boring character is put on by fans and by Marvel gets beyond irksome. I also don't think her being a Spider will endear me to her in any way, it feels like they're attaching a livelier character to one that never particulary stood out in the first place and they would be better off coming up with someone entirely new.
Anyway, the Spiders I am looking forward to (some will appear, some I'm hoping will)
1. Mayday Parker
2. Newspaper Strip Spidey
3. Noir
4. Ben (Scarlet and Spidey versions)
5. The MJ from the Manga 'verse
6. Man-Spider
7. Spider-Hulk
8. Captain Universe Spidey
9. Amazing Bag-Man
