    I don't know if he has appeared recently since i dropped the Spider-Man titles a few years back, but they were lacking him when I was reading.

    Jack O'Lantern I was pissed when punisher killed him in Civil War, and why i laughed when Daken hacked up Castle.

    He has also been having brief appearances in the latest issues as he is working behind the scenes with the new Kraven in a plot to bring back the old Kraven or something.

    It never was bad. People just didn't want to give it a chance after BND.
     
    If you are wanting more "classic" Spider-Man foes, I suggest looking into The Gauntlet which just ended.

    But as for classics..... definitley old Vulture, the original. The new one is cool, and I know Toomes appeared in a jail cell for a quick talking to, but I want a fight scene!

    I really miss mac gargan as the old scorpion and not venom, I also miss kraven the hunter,oh and shocker I really used to like him , and the prowler even if he is sorta  a hero but I had fun reading about him in his first appearance. Come to think I miss a lot of the old classic spidey villains, they were so cool.
