After everything I've read from the predictions to the spoilers, not many have said, What if what we are hearing or in our case typing & reading is wrong.

What I mean is, what if someone is intentionally putting us on the wrong path on how things will turn out. I say this because, many times Marvel has put things out there and they turned to be the complete opposite to what we believed.

So it's not wrong to assume that they're doing it again, all in order to rile us into a frenzy of let's say "ooh No let it not be so" or "WHY MARVEL WHY"

So, What do you think of this and if true what would your reaction be to such a campaign.

EDIT: another thought just occurred to me, what if what was leaked is something Slott came up with, but has nothing to do with the real 700. What I mean is, what if the leaked page was created for the sole purpose of misinforming us.

Given what i've seen I would not be surprised if Slott had intentionally leaked those scans to mess with us. He is after all a master troller. Not to mention apparently some of the stuff Wacker said about this being Pete's last year as Spider-man has been called into question. I would not be surprised if this whole thing was just to mess with us.

That is definitely a valid statement about Slott intentionally leaking those scans, because if I was going to release an issue that, for example is on the level of 'Who shot JR because when they bought it to the UK, they had I believe armed security escorting it to the broadcast studio', I would have it secured in an underground bunker, behind lasers and armed guards, or at the very least at a bank in a safety deposit box.

so it doesn't really make sense that some individual could have found a copy forgotten in a taxi cab and decided to leak it, and why only leak a portion, why not the whole issue.
