Peter Parker was bitten by a radioactive spider as a teenager, granting him spider-like powers. After the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter learned that "with great power, comes great responsibility." Swearing to always protect the innocent from harm, Peter Parker became Spider-Man.
I'm still confused in concern to how Peter's parents actually died. Origins seems to suggest that they were killed by the Hulk but Bendis already did a story line in USM where Peter's and Eddie's parents died in the same plane crash because they wouldn't give up the black suit (venom simbiote). I suppose the plane crash could be a cover-up but it just doesn't feel right. Did Eddie's parents conveniently die at around the same time? Was all of the talk about people wanting to kill Peter's and Eddie's parents just stuff made up by SHIELD? Maybe Hulk only knocked them out. To me, it just looks like Bendis is tripping over his own feet.

Well S.H.E.I.L.D. Lies 99% of the Time so my bet is they made up alot of the stuff, but who knows really and Bendis has said himself that somethings have been a little messed up with all of the books, that's why when Ultimate Avengers, New Ultimates, and USM Vol.2 come out later this year, Bendis, Loeb, and Millar will be working off each others books to make sure they don't get everything mixed up
Ultimatum: The characters that revolve around Ultimate Spider-Man that I'm most concerned about are Moon Knight,Daredevil(Dead),Black Cat, Spider-Woman,Doctor Strange,Deadpool, and Spider-man. I realy hope those characters don't die in the Ultimatum.

Well I liked Black Cat and Spiderwoman, Cat hasent been seen in a while so I don't think she'll die and Bendis has some big things for Spiderwoman so I think she's safe. As for Doc Strange and Moon Knight that's anyones guess and you know Spiderman mite die (But who said anything about Peter Parker Dying), and I thought Deadpool was part of UXM?
@Guardian: It's one thing when writers from different series step on each other's toes but both USM and Origins were written by Bendis. It's hard to write off as a simple brain fart, it makes me wonder if Bendis has anything planned to explain what really happened to Pete's parents.
About Deadpool, the first time I saw him was in a Spider-Man arc that involved the X-Men (forget which volume). If that was the only time he showed up then it would be unclear whether Deadpool is an X-Men or Spider-Man character.

S.H.I.E.L.D. probably faked the video(Somehow) they didn't want news of the Hulk getting out at that time
That's where S.H.I.E.L.D. comes in with the fake videos and actors, they lied about the Parkers death because they didn't want news of the Hulk getting out, so they lied about the plane crash and implanted memories in Aunt May(That Dr. Miles Warren probably has somthing to do with it), S.H.I.E.L.D. probably also may have wanted the Suit for them to use as a weapon(Maby Super-Soldier), but why kill the Brocks I have no clue

I really don't think so(to me there's really not a nuff room to put any villians in) and really Ultimatum is about Magneto and the mutants and sence New York was hit by The Wave it's to foces more on Spideys reaction to Ultimaum, not the villians(That's what I guess)

I just read that Elektra stabbed Hammerhead with her sai and threw him out a window puting him in a coma and when Elektra was about to kill Black Cat, Moon Knight hit her in the head putting her in a coma as well

I think it will be like People thinks Spiderman died and Peter will be able to live a normal life(For a while and then He'll be back) and during that time Spider-Woman will take over for a bot of time
The absolute 1 thing I want Marvel to do is to make Ultimate Spider-man 2 video game. The first one was fun and worth my money, but they could have added more characters

I loved the first game, I like the thing were when your not on a mission you could just swing around the city beating up badguys and I know you could do taht in the movie games but in this game you also ran in Shocker or that Boomerang dude and just swing by and beat them up! I loved that :)
I liked going to the Baxter Building to race the Human Torch and going to Dr. Strange's house to fight with shield agents as venom, I thought I heard one of the police mention Daredevil when I was fighting random thugs though

Yeah, I loved bumping into the Shocker and Boomerang, but I wish they could have also put in Omega Red to beat up on while roaming throughout the city. I would also have enjoyed beating on the ultimate punisher or elektra in random streets or buildings

Yeah or fighting Electro or R.H.I.N.O. again, those were some of my favorite fights in the game, maby if they make another game we can fight Vulture or maby Wrecking Crew or better yet have the story be on the Clone Saga story arc with us fighting Scorpion and being able to play as Spider-Woman!
