Note:  New Powerman = jumping the shark.  Although electro might have been pretty close... 
 
And STILL With the *&%^&ed cell phone.  Worst part of Spectacular Spiderman, and they import it here.  :/

That looks very average, sadly.  
 
The animation is great, but that's about it. It seems like it's just collected cameos and fanservice disguised as story. Oh well, we'll wait and see.

Pretty excited for this to come out, I think I will like it more then Spectacular Spiderman.

Drake Bell isn't as good as Keaton. Just gonna say that right now and get it out of the way.

CANNOT wait for this !!! Seriously looks really good and if the stories are half as good as spectacular then we have no problem whatsoever seeing as thought the animation looks much better. This could have the potential to be the best Marvel Cartoon yet.

Looking at that trailer just makes everyone think "Why didn't you just not cancel Spectacular Spider-man?" I'd say.

they got spideys humor down hope they do a great job with the rest .still would have loved a completed SSM awhole lot better than a new SM show.

Funny, I was just discussing this with my friend. It always seems like Marvel is just trying to provide fan service in animation and movies....Like they are following fans orders
 
DC on the other hand does whatever they want in animation and its always amazing....for instance, their own version of the founding JL, they basically developed characters like Hawkgirl, John Stewart, The Question and made them ten times better. Same for the current Young Justice series. They took the history of both YJ and Teen Titans comics, and did their own universe...and its amazing.  The Avengers cartoon still can't develop characters that have been around for decades that well, they are just more concerned about action and cameos it seems

Looks pretty good. They got the humour right at least. It's not Spectacular Spidey but it looks to be a decent show.

So...why is it that everyone guest starts in a Spidey cartoon, but yet, I still have yet to see Spider-Man appear in any other Marvel cartoon. WTF is that?

ugggghhh I really didn't like that "toasted" scene and the costume sewing scene right after.....reminds me of the little clip things they do with Family Guy

true true *looks at 90s animated series* tssm had an actual on going story which was new to us. and i have a feeling like alot of marvels new shows it wont last long. on a side note tssm had a legit green goblin/rhino/shocker/everyone o.O

I do like the animation, but this is like making a show based on Marquis de Sade. He had a short, violent run and the institution made him too wordy and not enough stabby.

They cancelled Spectacular Spider-man for this? Wow. Not a fan of the anime goofiness (thinking of his turning into a toaster and the sewing part.) I'll give it a chance once it gets put on TV, but I can't help but feel we are getting inferior product this time around.

Animation looks pretty good, one of the downsides to Spectacular Spider-Man was the animation in my opinion but the actual storylines made up for that. I like that we're seeing more superheroes in the show and any time Doctor Doom shows up I look forward to it. Not really much to go on from this though so I'll wait till the show actually airs before I pass total judgement. So far though, I really don't see anything wrong with this show.

animation is great, voices and my overall assumption of what the characters personalities are....not really digging it.

i didn't really like the animation style of TSSM at first but the story, writing and voice talent was just amazing it was definitely my favourite cartoon adaptation of spidey

josh keaton made a great spider-man and it was essentially an ultimate spidey show without the name, the trailer looks alright.... i definitely don't like drake bell at all. the anime toaster thing was just lame, and i'm not too big on all this crossover crap either. spectacular spidey was a SPIDER-MAN show, i personally don't want a show where he's teaming up with other dudes all the time, i like the spidey focused storylines
