My top 5 would have been:

-Back In Black ASM 542(Vs Kingpin)

-Turning Point ASM 122 (Vs Green Goblin. Death Of Gwen Stacy)

-ASM Vol II 30-32 (Vs Morlun)

-His first fight with Venom (don't remember the issue number lol)

-His first fight with the Sinister Six

Kraven's Last Hunt. I also have a soft spot for when Firelord jobbed for him.

I meant if you put the ultimate universe into account.

Oh man, hard to list just five. The stand out fights for me were against Morlun. Just the pure brutality that he endured.

Against Morlun and Kingpin were one of the best.

Kind of surprised no Hobgoblin battles. Always enjoyed the one from ASM 275-276. Below is one of the panels from ASM275

Also, the fight from Spider-man versus Wolverine was good.

This is hard. He has so many issues. Anyone read enough issues to really pick 5 fights or 10 fights?

I would have added the first Venom battle, Morlun, and Vermin during Kraven's Last Hunt.

When he just pummels Kingpin proving he is truly superior when he wants to be. Maybe not top 5 worthy, but it was nice to see him use his super speed and strength to beat a muscled up "man" who gave him trouble any other time

Amazing Spider-Man #300 is the first Venom fight.

And I agree with everything on your list EXCEPT for the first Sinister Six fight. In fact, I actually really hate that particular issue, because to me it read like the plot of a mid-80's video game. I would pick the Juggernaut from "Nothing Stops the Juggernaut" as my fifth pick.

So we are pretty close...not bad.
