    None of the other writers(mostly just Dan Slott, Spidey's new full time writer) feel they can appropriately voice Norah so they try to keep him exclusive to Joe Kelly who I believe created the character. Besides Carlie is A.) A more grounded down to earth character and B.) Dan Slott's little Mary Sue . So expect to see a lot of her with Dan Slott writing

    Carly's got no actual personality though. She's such a cookie cutter character.

    Yeah! MJ and Carly are like polar opposites so why would she think Pete had choose well? She can help Spidey on cases but worst girlfriend ever! and I've had soem bad girlfriends :P

      From what I've seen so far, all of the BND "girlfriends" ( Carly, Lilly, Michele, ect) are a bunch of b****es, hard to feel for each and every one of them. 
     
     Sure, Liz, Gwen, Mary Jane, ect. are kinda "plastic" ( comic book image, to make sure the "girlfriend" is pretty) but at least they had "substance" also.

    Carlie seems like a yawn fest in ASM. She's uninteresting, and I can't see her becoming Peter's girlfriend.
