I saw a thread like this but with superman instead, so it inspired me to make this one. Anyway yeah the game would have the same concept as Batman Arkham Origins. Say Kingpin puts out a bounty on Spiderman and it draws the attention of 8 assassins. Who would they be? My picks would definitly include Deadpool, Kraven The Hunter, Bullseye, and Electro. So who would be your picks?

Amazing Spider-Man (2012).

Just adapt the Gauntlet/Grim Hunt to a video game. It's close enough to the same thing.

I really think that would make a great video game. It's got a pretty good story built into it. You can have lots of villains without them feeling too shoe horned in. If you include ASM #600 as part of the Gauntlet, you could have a part where the free-roaming map turns against you, which would be pretty cool. You could also have something similar to a Web of Shadows mechanic unlocked at the end of the game and available on replays, only except for the symbiote, Spider-man attacks without holding back. He'd use more brutal attacks that would do more damage, but would be slower, opening Spider-man up for attacks (I know that's not really how not holding back Spidey works, but it's gotta be balanced or no one would want to use normal Spidey).

Arkham games had their own scripts......i want for Spider-Man ,the same....Ultimate Spider-Man game,adapted the plot,to the actual comics....that was cool.
Hope Amazing Spider-Man 2 is good,story-wise,and of cource gameplay-wise,....

Sounds like an awesome idea. As for assassins, I would think Venom, Scorpion, Crossbones, Carnage and maybe Black Cat (Who turns good and becomes an ally of Spider-Man)

Why would Venom and Carnage be assassins?

Elektra, Bullseye, Mysterio, and Deadpool would be the assassins but, there would be a cameo from Daredevil, Wolverine, and maybe Captain America.

Maybe not like that... but they really could make a good Spidey Game, last one that was worth mentioning was Spider-Man, those movie based things were not that good, (Havent played those from ASM though..)

@hitmanspike: ultimate spiderman and web of shadows were good, shattered dimensions was ok, i haven't played edge of time though.

The game should have the ending of Spock taking over Peter Parkers body and becoming the Superior Spiderman.

Amazing Spider-Man is an Arkham clone, if you care. Looks like you're more concerned with the specific story beats of Arkham Origins, but still.

Except it's riddled with game-breaking bugs that will never be fixed because WB refuses to develop any more patches. :P
