Easy answer? It heals minor-mildly severe injuries in a day or a little longer depending on just how serious it is.

Complicated answer? Depends on whatever Marvel is doing with his powers at the moment. He has literally resurrected himself by creating an even stronger body after his original one was broken beyond repair when they decided to focus on a mystical aspect of his powers. (The original broken body went on to fuse itself with a cloud of spiders, turning into an evil blonde female sociopath named Ero but that's a story for another day.)

He has a “strong” healing factor, Peter has healed from major injuries in weeks or sometimes even days , but his healing is no where near Jimmy's (aka Logan) and for now, it’s unknown if it’s strong enough to affect his aging.
