I've always wanted to see a story line where Spidermans own Spider Sense was slowly driving him mad. Ever time it was activated he would feel stabbing pains that eventually lead to false senses and delusions. He would start fighting villains that aren't there or attacking other Heroes. In the End he just can't function safely.  How would he deal with it and what could he do to cure it?
