While reading through various Spider-Man battles, it is well known that he isn't untouchable, but due to his spider-senses, he's definitely not a punching bag either.

I'm not all too sure exactly how Spider-Man's spider-senses work since it apparently varies depending on the situation or even the writer, but out of curiosity I was wondering; Is Spider-Man's spider-senses faster than a "speedster"?

I'm not necessarily asking if he can beat any given speedster in a fight, but I do want to know his his spider-senses can benefit him in a battle against someone like Quicksilver, Runner, Speed Demon, or even one of DC's Speedsters like The Flash.

Depends on the speedster. People like Flash, Runner etc... are all far out of his league.

He has however held his own against Quicksilver and beaten Speed Demon thanks to his spider-sense.

The spider-sense isn't faster than a speedster, but he can and has reacted to them.
He has reacted to Quicksilver and Speed Demon (more than once), not sure if there's more.

But like Strider92 said Flash, Runner and anyone on their level are too much for him. lol

I just want to point out that Quicksilver an people of his speed are not speedsters. In fact I think only the Flash family is called that.

I think he would be able to dodge the first hit or maybe a few after, but his Spider Sense would soon be overwhelmed with the speed.

It would work, he would what so ever dont react fast enough to dodge them.

Spider-Man did react to light via Spider-Sense.

He can react to the,, but not fast enough.
