Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe
You know what Marvel should do? They should fool Marvel into letting Quesada write their future Spidey FIlms... Boom! Sony continuity becomes a failure then Sony sells the rights back to Marvel.
guys
this caught my eye
During an exclusive new interview with Empire, Whedon reassured fans that his sequel won't become "all about the villain" - a trap that superhero sequels often fall into.
"Yes, that always makes me cranky," he said. "I'm very excited about the villain, and have a lot to say about him. But if you watch my shows, the one thing I've never been very good at is guest stars, because I've always been interested in the ensemble.
With The Avengers ,I'm still most fascinated by them."
Why mention guest stars?
Even if he said he's not good with them....why would he mention that?
@wrthreeh: I dont know,but as mentioned before a LOT of times,there are lots of clues that show the cooperation of the 2 companies...
I really don't understand all the Sony hate. Honestly the only reason people want Disney to own Spidey is because the Avengers was good. I think Spidey is fine where he is, all his best stories are him being the solo lone wolf. Just my opinion though.

I'm guessing Spider-Man 3
:I
Thats bad in every possible way......
Marvel thinks that animation is for kids and movies are for adaults(mostly)....DC's animation BLOWS Marvel away......i'm goint to watch Batman under the red hood again....
@punyparker: I loved Under the Red Hood, probably my favorite Batman animated movie.
@ninjablade09: Yep....Year One was awesome too!
I havent seen DK :Returns,buti wanna!
@punyparker: Returns p1 and p2 were great. Part 1 was amazing and the music was phenomenal. Part 2 take everything that was great about part 1 and adds to it. Joker vs Batman is probably the best part of the movie.
@ninjablade09: Heard Joker isnt exacly Joker!(?)
@punyparker: Really? Joker seemed just like the Joker should be, a crazy, psychotic, sociopath.
@ninjablade09: Heard the Joker is Two-Face....you've seen it?.....i'planning on doing it tommorow.
@punyparker: Ya I've seen it. Joker is in Part 2. Two Face is in part 1.
@ninjablade09: So Mr.J is Mr.J in Part 2!(?)
P.S. I also liked the 2004 series,but Joker was horrible.....
Batman TAS for me!!
God,Bats hardcore fans are so lucky now....great films going on,fantastic animation,and the best comics you can imagine(Snyder-Capullo),maybe the best Batman series ever!!.....damn Slott.....
@punyparker: Yupp on both accounts. Only bad things going on is really the possibility of what Beware that Batman may be.

It will be for kids....like Ultimate SM....unfortunatelly.....
OH! and i forgot the games.....Batman has the 2 (possibly 3 in November) best comicbook games ever created!

Cant wait for Origins, hope to see something at E3
@ninjablade09: We'll see gameplay....for sure....
I'm also pumped up about Watch Dogs and Deadpool,really.....
@punyparker: Watch Dogs looks interesting. The game I am most anticipating is Destiny.
Huh, I was wondering why no one had posted about this yet. Anyway, I guess I'll do it.
The Amazing Spider-Man 3 and The Amazing Spider-Man 4 have set release dates for June 2016 and May 2018. Sony was clearly trying to not step on Marvel's toes at the same time as trying to secure future release date slots. I think it is clear that Sony understands that they need to keep building this film franchise. Why?
Well, the deal with MARVEL of course. As long as MARVEL continues making movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Sony can't move away from that. So, they keep making movies based on Spider-Man (THIS version) who, I believe, was always intended to be in that universe. I think Sony will, eventually, do a pseudo-reboot with the franchise sometime.
I'm thinking that after The Amazing Spider-Man 6 we'll see some sort of reboot-like deal with the franchise. Not a full on reboot but a relaunch.
The film will still feature Peter Parker but with a new actor now. He's in his mid-twenties and well established into the role of Spider-Man and he is now going out with MJ (who we could probably keep as Shailene Woodley, just for some continuity). Here, Peter works for Horizon Labs finally.
I think this would work well for the franchise. Skip a few months from the previous film, initiate a new status quo, but keep the same continuity. This way, the franchise never gets stale and keeps on chugging but at the same time so does your Spider-Man section of the universe, where the MCU continues to grow in scope. Eventually, X-Men and Fantastic Four could join the fold with their own, fresh reboots down the line. I don't know. Just what came to my head.
@darman456: In time for ASM 4,Garfield will be like thirty something.....i doubt the existance of a ASM 6....i guess they'll have to move (timewise) the script a notch..
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
-Peter....
-That guy....sorry,who are you again?....i havent seen you in the comics much,are you Deadpool?
:DDDDD
@wrthreeh: Whoa.....if it is real,no doubt,it says STARK back there....
@punyparker: Aaaand it'd confirmed that ASM took place after the Avengers.
@wrthreeh: ASM (1) took place after the Avengers,eventually.....the cranes (asm1) were for reconstructing the city....
Hugh Jackman Wants Wolverine & Spider-Man To Be With The Avengers!
:DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDddddddddddddddddddddddd
@wrthreeh: Good guy!
@wrthreeh: Saw that last night. Hugh is such a cool guy, he's very passionate about playing Logan. Him and Garfield both love playing their respective characters. I'm glad he had the decency to ask MARVEL about it.
@ninjablade09: Fun Fact about passionate actors:When asked if he read any Iron Man comics when he was young,RDJ said:"I read only Spider-Man comics,as a teenager....i read a lot of IronMan when it was needed before the movie,to gather info,on the character!"
@punyparker: Got to love RDJ
I feel like this darker version of spiderman goes better with The X-Men then the Avengers. I mean Avengers i]was so light hearted and family fun and its funny, this new spidey is dark and has a more X-Men feel
http://agentsofshieldtv.com/agents-of-s-h-i-e-l-d-reveals-j-august-richards-as-miles-morales/
So.....the world will know MARVEL's Spider-Man as Miles now.......shame....crying shame....
@ninjablade09: Isnt it awesome!! ^ (obvious sarcasm)
This got me suspicious.....

These stuff will be released by Marvel in January........"so what?" you ask......"The art of..." books were Dysney ONLY albums/books....they were released for Thor and Cap and Iron Man movies...O-N-L-Y!....and suddenly BAM!...Spider-Man....
Same thing for the adaption.....what's the purpose of it,as @ninjablade09 noticed in the other thread(Superior Spider-Man Discussion) ?....Well it was thrown there for no reason in particular.....te only thing we know,there were ONLY(again) 2 comicbook movie adaptions by Marvel....Thor and Captain America: The First Avenger....nothing else.And again Spider-Man is thrown in there for no reason.....
I am convinced some kind of a crossover will hapen,but when and how?.....don't know....
Besides,several months ago,what Andrew had to do walking away from Marvel studios,with a bunch of Avengers comics???...huh!!?
....he himself expressed the desire to see Spidey with the Avengers,at SDCC in August...(!!)
@punyparker: I'm interested in what will happen. Even though I bashed it, I will still pick it up for the art give me some pointers on drawing the Spidey suit.

Draw the second one,the first one will not even be remembered after May 2014

I have its easy, its the same thing as the normal Spidey suit with some minor differences. The first one was extremely different and cool. Like it as much as I do the new one.
