I just have this sinking feeling that this game is gonna suck as bad as X-Men Destiny.

Graphics look extremely slick. The combat looks a little disjointed to me though...like, the main part of the attack animation is slow (to add to that impact factor, I guess), but the transition back to your normal stance seems really quick. Might just be the editing for this video, or even just my imagination or something.

Was that Anti-Venom near the end?

It won't be that bad. Remember Shattered Dimensions? It will be exactly like that but with 2 versions of Spider-Man instead of 4.

@RE_Player: I'm still gonna have to pass, rather keep my money for something I know will be worth the cost like Arkham City! X-Men Destiny left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Am I the only one who think this influx of Spider-man games is little lame? Considering how some good heroes don't have their own game, or how an A-Lister like Superman doesn't have a single decent game. I'll go on record and say if someone is willing to take the time to make a decent game for the big blue boyscout like they did with Batman then it will be awesome.

Pass. Shattered Dimensions wasn't good. This won't be anything special.

The best game Marvel have relesed so far was Wolverine Origins and no one bought that because they thought it would be crap like the film

@AAdnan & KainScion-Actually that IS anti-Venom. It was said in interviews he plays a part and is being manipulated into fighting Spidey because he thinks Spidey has gone rogue.

Also I'm a huge fan of "Shattered Dimensions" so i can't wait for this. And 2099 was always a great character with great potnetial (template for Batman Beyond anyone?) but I'm actually surprised it took til the video games to reimagine the suit as being tech-based. They should reboot the character in the comics to match this version. I know they just did a 2099 reboot with the Timestorm 2009/2099 thing but this could really be cool.

i love spider-man 2099, i wish he could get a monthly series again. and i really wish peter david would write it again!

Some people have played the game already. They said it has a much better story and gameplay than Shattered Dimensions, but it is too short.

no its not and no they dont. its been confirmed for months now that its Anti-Venom
