the thing with the Felicia+Peter relationships, is that Felicia wants the Spider, not Pete, and Peter has moved away from those kind of relationships under Slott's control. cause before then he was doing a whole sex thing with Felicia and that was just weird. I mean those comics were rated A( 9+). what were the writers thinking??? I mean it'd be cool for them to be together, but at the same time all it would consist of is like Sex and crime-fighting and more Sex, and quite honestly that doesn't appeal to me. the 80s relationship was interesting, but only for a while.

In Smith's Evil that men do, was proved that she was a kid then and that now she'll be totally in for a relationship,because Peter is the best man she has ever known.

We got to see Felicia in ASM#1-5, so i hope the develop her relationship with peter, but i don't think they're gonna make him date again for now, maybe they will just work the character for this...but they probably want a Peter-Felicia relationship in the future.

True, by the end of the arc its probably going to be resolved, unless they do like with the explanations peter gave in SSM#31, and people were like: okay.

Hey guys, I just picked up a pocket book re-print of the "Night Gwen Stacey died". Wow what a book! No wonder it is at number 1 in most "best spiderman book" polls. I didn't realise that the book included the scene from Spiderman 1 where Norman Osborn kills himself with his own glider.

The way I would have ended the series.

goblin had both mary jane and anna marie. he makes spidey decide and he could only save one. Peter jumps in and saves mary jane, letting anna die. Then peter gets his body back. doc transfers his brain into a robot. now he really wants peter dead for letting his love die.

It is interesting what's gonna happen....practically they havent broken up.

@amazingspiderman15: Slott says it doesn't matter whether a Spider character is dead or alive. It's a non-linear saga. So, yes Ben is back, but probably just for the story.

in spider-verse dan slott said morlun is the threat at first, so is there another threat after Morlun for spider-verse?

..Talking of Scarlet spider, what has happened to him? I picked up issue 18 last year and loved it. In issue 17 he did a real number on Wolverine.

Yup, its one of the most referenced scenes in Spider-Man comics, a "soft" version was also done in the 90s cartoon.

I originally saw it in Origin of the Hobgoblin I think (that was the second Spider-Man trade I ever bought, got it after Alien Costume)

Here's my predictions:

• Ock will spend some time in Pete's mind as Ghost Doc, much like Peter did with Superior
• Ock will have some kind of influence in the Original Sin storyline
• Ock will stay in Pete's sub conscience until Spiderverse
• In Spiderverse, Ock will take over one of the other Spider-men. Peter will be ok with this because of Ock's redemption throughout Superior and Original Sin. The Spider-man he takes over will be a villain or brain dead or something so there's not a moral conundrum for Pete.
• After Spiderverse, Spock will return in his new body, get with Anna Maria, move to Chicago and be a hero there and have a new series where he tries to be a hero, have a life, and fight off his villainous tendencies.

Wishful thinking.
