Unfortunatly, i never get the chance to play this game. But i've heard many people here on the vine, saying that this is one of the best spider-man games. Then, i took a look at youtube to see some gameplay videos. Then i've realized that this game is very similar to the spider-man 3 game in PS3. I'm not really excited with the spider-man 3 game, so i can't really find what exciting the spider-man 2 game has. 
If anyone, who played the game, i would like to tell me what was so exciting in spider-man 2 game.

I had it for the Gamecube and had Spider-Man 3 for the Wii. I thought Spider-Man 2 was the better of the two.

I didn't like Spider-Man 3 for the wii. I never finished it.

I have Spider-Man 2 for GC but never played the 3rd one.

the only reason I got a PS3 was because I wanted to play Spidey 3....after playing for an hour I went out and bought a new game

I haven't played Spidey 2 or Spidey 3, but I know that Spidey 1 for Gamecube kicked ass!

It's not something you can tell apart by watching youtube videos, it's the fact that the gameplay in Spidey 2 felt a lot better than Spidey 3. Specifically, the web swinging. The web swinging mechanics in Spider-man 2 are pretty much seen as the best in any Spider-man game yet. Where Web of Shadows excelled in combat, Spidey 2 excelled in web swinging. I agree with that, took me many months to complete the game simply because I spent WAY too much time swinging around aimlessly or jumping off the Empire State Building :P 
 
Plus, you get to deliver pizza. With a freaking awesome theme song to boot.
