I hope those rumors turn out to be true, because ever since they began producing Spider-man movies I have been waiting for her to show up in them.

As for for who plays her, I'm not fussy as long who ever they get to play her, knows her character and what she's about and plays her as close to her comic book character as possible.

I think Hellen Mirren could play her... Ok just kidding. How about Megan Fox?
